Alyson made some hand motion that looked like the sign for fish. I think she was actually trying to reach something on Madelyn's plate.
Madelyn: That's the sign for fish!
Alyson puts her hand to her mouth and starts making "ah, ah, ah" noises.
Madelyn: No! Don't eat the fish!
