While we were walking home from the bus stop this afternoon:
Me: How was school today?
Madelyn: It was great!
Me: What did you do?
Madelyn: We had math centers and literacy centers. And, you want to hear the absolute best part of the day?
Me, expecting her to tell me what they did at recess: What was that?
Madelyn: A third grade class came in and read different fairy tales to us!
