First

Getting ready to leave my mom's and she was putting Madelyn's pink Chucks on for her:

Mom: Do you put these shoes on yourself or does someone have to help you?
Madelyn: Me! (then under her breath) I need help sometimes....

Second

After we got in the car and were getting ready to go home:

"Mommy, when am I not going to have a baby sister anymore?"

(I think she really meant when will Alyson not be a baby anymore, but Mom and I told her she was stuck with her sister.)
